How to get started with KY Home Performance

All KY Home Performance (KHP) evaluators and contractor/evaluators must be Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified. All contractors and installers must have a certified evaluator on each job. Training and certification can be obtained at:

• Kentucky Community Technical College System (KCTCS) – KCTCS is in the process of rolling out a full BPI-approved curriculum for building analysts. You can learn more about the details by checking their Web site at http://www.kctcs.edu/Workforce_Solutions/Energy_Auditor_Training_Program.aspx.
